Hi, I'm Katherine.
I'm a product designer at Veeva Systems, currently working on Vault Patient CRM — Veeva's native, AI-first service platform for life sciences.
Before that, I spent 3½ years designing Veeva eCOA and MyVeeva for Patients: mobile and web experiences that help clinical trial patients, clinicians, and caregivers capture and review outcome assessments. I designed the patient-facing experience for daily questionnaires, virtual visits, and study resources, and built out design system components, icons, and styles along the way — work that earned an Outstanding Contributor Award.
My path into design ran through Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, where I co-founded Iter8, an interdisciplinary student product lab, served as Design Officer for the UX club (CPUX), and designed for Mustang News.
