Currently working on Vault Patient CRM — Veeva's native, AI-first service platform for life sciences.

• Led mobile and web platform design for Veeva eCOA (electronic Clinical Outcome Assessments) and MyVeeva for Patients — clinical site and sponsor experiences for capturing, viewing, and analyzing questionnaire responses from patients, clinicians, and caregivers.
• Designed the patient-facing experience for clinical trial users: daily questionnaire access, virtual visits, and approved study resources.
• Built design system components, icons, and styles, including variables for color, spacing, size, and modes.
• Recognition: 23.R2 Outstanding Contributor Award, eCOA.

Launched an interdisciplinary product lab for students interested in product design experience. Recruited a first class of ~20 designers, formed 4 product teams, and prepared quarter-long projects for each. Facilitated bootcamp sessions and helped develop curriculum for new designers and leads. Iter8 teams now design for both campus and external clients.

Mobile feature and component design for Veeva Engage (now Veeva Vault CRM Engage), a product connecting HCPs and office staff with life sciences contacts through compliant video conferencing and chat messaging.

Designed monthly flyers, weekly advertisement campaign deliverables, and digital graphics for internal and external use. Worked with account executives to create dynamic designs for recurring and prospective clients including Hampton Inn, the City of San Luis Obispo, CP Career Services, and Harbor Freight.

Managed 15+ local accounts' multi-channel marketing campaigns across print, digital, and broadcast advertising, including selling $2,600 in advertising space for Go SLO Magazine.

Organized quarterly industry speaker meetings, monthly workshops, and lectures for Cal Poly's UX-focused professional development community.
